Sam Fulton, Materion Vice President Strategy and Corporate Development

Sam Fulton leads Materion’s strategy and corporate development function. In his role, Mr. Fulton is responsible for driving the development and execution of organic and inorganic strategic initiatives to accelerate the Company’s global growth.

Mr. Fulton joined Materion in 2021 from Myers Industries, where he also led corporate development and strategy. He was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy and organic growth initiatives. Previously, he worked for McKinsey & Company, where he helped clients on topics ranging from strategy to operations, and M&A. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Private Equity group at Northern Trust, and the Institutional Consulting group at Nuveen Investments.

Mr. Fulton earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Trinity College and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Sam is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charter holder.
