Fernando Haddad, Materion Vice President Transformation

Fernando Haddad is responsible for transforming the overall operational performance of the Company, leading global engineering, environmental health and safety, operations sustainability, as well as the execution of large capital projects and manufacturing footprint optimization.

Prior to joining Materion in 2020, Mr. Haddad worked as the Senior Vice President, Global Operations & Supply Chain for Kraton Polymers, where he was responsible for Kraton’s global manufacturing, supply chain planning, engineering, logistics and environmental, safety, and health. Previously he worked as the Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain Director for UOP, a Honeywell Company. He also spent 19 years with Dow Corning (now Dow Silicones), where he held manufacturing and supply chain leadership positions, including Global Operations Director for the Silicone Metal Business and Global Logistics Director. Early in his career, Fernando worked for Johnson & Johnson and 3M.

Mr. Haddad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (Brazil) and an MBA from Faculdade Getulio Vargas (Brazil).

Fernando is actively involved with the Disabled Children’s Association, a non-profit organization benefiting children from low-income families in Brazil.
