Steve Holt is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Materion, leading the global Information Technology organization. Since joining Materion in 2017, he has been responsible for spearheading the Company's digital transformation, focusing on operational infrastructure, platform security, information protection, continuous improvement, and strategic planning.
With an information technology career spanning several decades, Mr. Holt has led large-scale digital solutions and transformations for a variety of manufacturing organizations. His previous roles include Chief Information Officer for Chart Industries, Senior VP and CIO for Accuride Corporation, and Senior IT Manager at Navistar International. Mr. Holt’s focus has involved guiding companies through the adoption of new technologies to ensure business growth and revenue generation.
Mr. Holt holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Augusta State University and a master's degree in management from Brescia University.
